From Texas Rivers to Florida Paradise

Will’s fishing journey began in South Texas, where as a kid, he’d throw his rod, reel, and tackle box on his bike and pedal 3–4 miles to the nearest river. There, he spent hours catching catfish, bass, and bluegill—building the foundation of a lifelong passion for fishing.

In college, the adventure continued as he and his buddies canoed down the San Marcos River, chasing bass and soaking in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. After college, Will got married and discovered the joy of camping and fishing with his wife. From their home in Dallas, they often drove to Lake Broken Bow in Oklahoma, where they chased bass in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.

Fishing the Ozarks

Life eventually brought Will and his family to Branson, Missouri, where he fell in love with Table Rock Lake and Bull Shoals. For years, he explored these world-class fisheries, catching Kentucky spotted bass, smallmouth bass, and trophy largemouths. Branson became home, but Will always felt a pull toward one place: the fishing paradise of Southwest Florida.

A Fisherman’s Paradise

Will and his family finally made the move to Southwest Florida, a place he describes as "heaven on earth" for anglers. Surrounded by some of the world’s best inshore fishing, he’s found his true calling. With Hobie kayaks (the gold standard in kayak fishing), live bait, and a love for chasing drag-stripping, rod-bending fish, Will specializes in catching redfish, snook, and black drum. His finesse style and passion for big, powerful fish make every trip an adventure.

Family, Friends, and Fishing

Will doesn’t just love fishing—he loves the time it allows him to spend with his wife, friends, and family. His wife shares his passion for the outdoors, and together they’ve created a life centered around nature and the joy it brings.
